Brief of Company Background
Founded in 1977, it took over PT Unita Branindo in 1990, a wafer and chocolate manufacturer also owned by the company founder. Ever since the take over, the company has owned two factories in Tangerang, West Java, on a site of 11.7 Ha of land. The company has an agreement with Oka AG Ltd. for chocolate production and with Danish Specialty Food Aps of Denmark for the production of Danish Cookies. PT Mayora Indah is a subsidiary of the Inbisco Group, which has been active in the food industry since 1948.
